First start by having a great haircut that makes this look totally perfect. Ask your hairdresser to put a sweeping side fringe at just above eye level, and to keep a long length on the rest, but with slight layering.

Choose some amazing accessories to glam up your outfit and your hairstyle. Then after roughly blow-drying your hair, apply some anti-frizz serum from roots to ends.  

Push a tiara or sparkling band into your hair, you may need to backcomb the roots a little to give the hair more volume. Then sweep your locks into a side ponytail, and use a curling iron on small individual strands.
