There are many myths surrounding cellulite and it's good to
dispel them with some truth.
Surprisingly, using a brush thigh massaging for cellulite
may actually be effective - whereas diets and dieting may
not.
You can pick up suitable brushes at the Body Shop -
then:-
Brush gently to remove dead skin
Brush in a stroking motion in the direction of your
heart to help stimulate circulation
Daily brushing for a few days will show whether this method
is effective for you!

younger woman, this is a fun video that I've really
enjoyed.

Get Your Legs Ready for Summer
Most women are afraid of showing off their legs when it comes to summer.
With a simple preparation and a smidgeon of indulgence, you
can be proud to bare your legs in short skirts or shorts this
summer.
If you've never indulged in a pedicure, this is one sure way
to be confident that your feet are at their best. Pedicures are
a ridiculously lavish and enjoyable treat to help you relax for
an hour or so, and you finish it with feet that you're proud
of. Take this opportunity to choose a funky or colourful nail
varnish to draw attention to your feet.
Find a moisturiser that you like and rub it into your legs
and feet each night - pay careful attention to your feet as
rubbing them also helps to improve circulation.
After years of shaving, several friends of mine recommended
epilating as a way of getting hair-free, fuzz-free legs. All I
can say is that I wish I'd made the move earlier! Although it's
quite an investment, buying a model that's got a 90-day money
back guarantee,
Treat yourself to one or two new pairs of attractive sandals
and step out in confidence showing off your beautiful legs

Marc Jacobs New York Show for Autumn/Winter
2007
Marcs show this year was a really stunning affair.
Full of simple lines, reminiscent of the 20's and 30's , there's a real elegance about
the lines of these fitted outfits.
You can almost imagine Greta Garbo, the 1920's film star,
wearing many of the outfits.
Accessories feature high up the list, with simple hats and
bags completing the look for 2007.
These wonderful designs will look great for women who want
to wear them on the street, not just on the catwalk.
Diane Von Furstenburg New York
Collection
Diane Von Furstenburg has some designs that will look great
on women of any shape or size.
The look has been described as sculptural, but slightly
baggy.
The models wear these statement fashion items with a
simple updo hairstyle that doesn't detract from
the dress itself.
For colour, Diane has used inspiration from artists such as
Miro - using colour in a bold and innovative way - large
circles of red on a background of black.
Whilst much of the collection is in sculptured black, grey
remains stylish and splashes of colour in reds, deep fuchsia
pink and turquoise are likely to be seen in store.
